- The new lifts directive that will replace Directive 95/16/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 June 1995 is Directive 2014/33/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to lifts and safety components for lifts.
- For NAWI, Directive 2014/31/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of non-automatic weighing instruments will replace Directive 2009/23/EC.
