About Regulation (EU) no. 305/2011

In compliance with Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011:
Construction product means any product or kit which is produced and placed on the market for incorporation in a permanent manner in construction works or parts thereof and the performance of which has an effect on the performance of the construction works with respect to the basic requirements for construction works.

Product-type means the set of representative performance levels or classes of a construction product, in relation to its essential characteristics, produced using a given combination of raw materials or other elements in a specific production process;

Factory production control (FPC) means the documented, permanent and internal control of production in a factory, in accordance with the relevant harmonized technical specifications.

SRAC performs evaluations and verifications established by the Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 for the systems of assessment and verification of constancy of performance AVCP 1, 1+ and 2+.

Following the assessment, the following certificates shall be issued:
Certificate of constancy of performance of the construction product – AVCP System 1/1+
Certificate of conformity of the factory production control – AVCP System 2+

Why SRAC?

SRAC is

• accredited by RENAR as certification body for assessment and verification of constancy of performance for construction products according to the Reg. (EU) no. 305/2011, system 1, 1+ and 2+ (certificate nr. ON 074)
• designated by The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration – MDRAP 
• notified by the European Commission in compliance with the applicable requirements of Regulation (EU) no. 305/2011, registered with the identification number NB 2003 in the Official Record of the European Union, as a FPC certification body – system 1, 1+ and 2+.

• Aggregates for uses subject to strict safety requirements;
• Products of road construction ;
• Membranes;
• Precast normal concrete, lightweight concrete or autoclaved aerated concrete products.

To these areas there is added concrete conformity certification according to EN 206+A2:2021 and voluntary certification of a wide range of products in various industries.
