The quality management principles, on which the ISO 9000 series of standards is based on, and which may be extrapolated to all the management systems and at the corporate culture level, highlight the importance of the human resources management and the need of an adequate training.

The training courses are organized based on a Training Programme. They are accessible to all the organizations that have implemented or intend to implement, maintain and improve a management system.
The courses are carried out by qualified and experienced trainers, with a wide pedagogical and practical experience.
Periodically, SRAC SERVICII GRUP SA organizes courses and seminars carried out by foreign trainers, in order to facilitate the access of its clients to the newest information and practices.

Starting from July 2006, SRAC SERVICII GRUP SA has been authorized by CNFPA The National Council for Adult Vocational Training in the following fields:
Quality Auditor Training Program, COR code 242303;
Environmental Auditor Training Program, COR code 242305.
Furthermore, in March 2007, SRAC SERVICII GRUP SA obtained two other authorizations:
Quality Management Systems Manager Training Program, COR code 242302;
Environmental Management Systems Manager Training Program, COR code 242304.
To that extent, all graduating certificates issued for the above-mentioned courses are accredited by both the Ministry of Labour, Family and Equal Opportunities and the Ministry of Education and Research and can be registered by the graduates in their labour records.
These courses complete the complex range of training courses provided by SRAC SERVICII GRUP SA in the field of management systems and audits.
Many Romanian organizations have chosen us as their training supplier and more than 7,200 representatives attended the course organized by us.
Note: The training courses are delivered in Romanian language. Training courses can be delivered in other languages (i.e. English, French, Italian, etc.), upon request and based on the availability of trainers, for groups of minimum 12 persons.
