PRODUCT CERTIFICATION
Within the framework of market globalization, of diversification and renewal of the goods supply, as well as under the impact of the rapid development of the science and technique, facilitated by the evolutions registered in all areas, on the background of the increase in the clients and society demands, the quality of the products and services has become a key competing factor.
In this context, SRAC CERTSERV provides product certification services, aimed at giving confidence that the products of an organization are complying with the specified standards and other normative documents.

The product certification services provided by SRAC CERTSERV take into consideration the following steps:

Initiation of the certification process (review of the application for certification, conclusion of the certification contract, making available the documentation)

Review of the documents (for product, process, quality management system, as appropriate)

Carrying out and assessment of the tests (at the agreed testing laboratory and, in some cases, test reports issued by accredited laboratories may be recognized)

Carrying out the audit on-site (product/process audit)

Review of the certification file

Granting the certification (the certificate of conformity, the license for using SRAC CERTSERV mark for products)

Periodic surveillance activities

Renewal of certification (after 5 years from the issue of the certificate)
