ACREDITATIONS
SRAC is the Romanian certification body with the largest recognition of the marks and certificates nationwide.
Besides its partnership in IQNet, SRAC is accredited by:
RvA The Netherlands;
ESYD Greece;
RENAR Romania;
CAECP Moldavian Republic;
SRAC is the only romanian certification body to provide evaluation services for SA8000 certification (Social Accountability) through IQNet Ltd.
ATTENTION!
SA8000 Certificates are valid only as they are issued by a body accredited by Social Accountability Accreditation Services (SAAS), e.g. IQNet Ltd. Currently, besides IQNet Ltd, there are only several bodies at international level that can provide this service.
This is very clearly stated on the Social Accountability Accreditation Services (SAAS) website:
"NOTICE: Accredited SA8000 certificates are granted ONLY by CBs accredited by SAAS.
Only organizations listed on this website are accredited by SAAS and have the ability to grant legitimate SA8000 certifications. Any other claim is false and should be reported to SAAS. This authorization is based on SAASs semi-annual accreditation audits and oversight of the CBs training, procedures, and audit management.
SAAS has been notified that there are a number of real-looking SA8000 "certificates" issued in Turkey, Italy and elsewhere, given by companies that do not have the right to do so because the quality of their work is not approved or overseen by the SAAS accreditation system. Please do not mistakenly accept such certificates or contract with such organizations for SA8000 services."
